Christians are not to adopt Jewish customs by ceasing from labor on the Sabbath; rather, they are to work on that day. They are to give preference to the Lord’s Day and, if they can, cease from work then as Christians. If anyone is found following the Jewish practice, let such persons be under anathema before Christ.
